2. Indulge Yourself In A Spa & Well-Being Center
One of my favourite things to do during a rainy day in Corfu is visiting a spa. Angsana Hotel Spa is open all year round to all visitors. The day entrance costs 20 euros per person, and some of the services you can enjoy are:
> A heated swimming pool -with an amazing sea view,
> Spa areas with jacuzzi, hammam and sauna (not unisex) -including free towels and toiletries,
> Relaxing and therapeutic massage services,
> Free lemon or cucumber water, and
> Use of the gym
3. A Tasting Experience in Corfu: Greek Wine, Olive Oil, And Homemade Local Products
Many local producers offer a tasting of their delicacies, and you will find one of them close to your accommodation. Local sweets and liquors, extra virgin olive oil, Greek wine or Greek honey are the new tastes you may discover during a rainy day in Corfu.
Our favorite places are:
The Olive House (The Governor’s), in Corfu Town
Carburi Estate, close to Paleokastritsa
Dr. Kavvadia’s organic farm, in Tzavrou area
Corfu Beekeeping Vasilakis, in Vatos
Theotoky Estate Winery, in Giannades

4. Join The Hop-On Hop-Off Bus
If you’re wondering what to do on a rainy day in Corfu, we recommend getting onto the Hop-On Hop-Off bus.
Its route will take you along Corfu Old Town seaside, visiting and stopping in Kanoni, Mon Repos Palace, the Windmill Dock in Garitsa Bay, the Spianada Square near the Old Fortress, Spilia Square, and the Old Port, ending in the New Port.
5. Visit One, Two, Three, or Four Museums
When the beach is not an option, there are no more excuses for not visiting at least two or three of the island’s interesting museums: a rainy day in Corfu is perfect for this activity.
Only in Corfu Town, more than ten museums are awaiting your visit. From the Archaeological Museum, which houses a unique collection of ancient artefacts and sculptures, to the Banknote Museum, the Asian Art Museum or the Casa Parlante, and even a Music Museum.
There is a multi-ticket that allows you to visit the most important museums in Corfu for a reduced price.
You can organise your route using this excellent route created by the Laboratory of Interactive Arts of the Department of Audio and Visual Arts of the Ionian University. Click here and discover it!
6. Learn About Local Crafts
An excellent option to discover local handcrafts, while bringing an original “Made in Greece” souvenir, is visiting a traditional crafts workshop.
We recommend:
Myrto Zirini ceramics workshop
Corfu Olive Wood by Tom workshop
7. Dive Into Corfiot’s Cuisine and Gastronomy
Food at the hotels leaves much to be desired: this is your opportunity to join some cooking lessons, visit Corfu’s Popular Market, or take a nice table at a well-located tavern and watch the people walk by while you enjoy a glass of ouzo with mezze.
Most kafenia have outdoor seating. They were invented many years ago to watch people passing by.
8. Go Shopping In The Old Town!
The Old Town of Corfu has many shops, most of which are covered with awnings to protect you from rain and sun. Jewellery, souvenirs, food, Greek sandals, clothes, decoration items, and thousands more will make you forget about the weather. They are open all day, from early in the morning until late in the evening, so you won’t have a problem with the timing.
